  • At Inst. of Pol. Studies, Opole Univ., Poland, Dr. Whitaker presents "Media Regimes & Political Dynamics Throughout History". Video The Polish side is continuing the collaboration on another route than smart cities, with an interest in translating SUNY Korea’s MATU survey (Mobile Addiction and Time Use) into Polish for use in Poland. This would make three countries (Korea, USA ,and Poland) using the same survey in ongoing international collaboration on researching the dynamics of mobile addiction. https //youtube.com/watch?v=2up7XP0mW7o He emphasizes how quickly saturated mobile ICT networks ("Regime 7") change socialization then politics.
